Northeast China is cold in winter and the gas hydrate in natural gas pipeline is easy to generate gas hydrate. In order to solve the problem, this paper analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of freezing and blocking of natural gas pipeline, and summarizes some common methods for treating natural gas pipeline and its preventive measures. For the prevention and cure of gas hydrate formation in the pipeline, the formation of hydrate is related to the moisture, pipeline operation pressure and natural gas composition. The measures for preventing and controlling the formation of hydrate in the pipeline include the thermal and dynamic control methods for laying pipelines, controlling the buried depth, cutting down the pressure, removing water, mechanical cleaning, heating insulation and adding the inhibitor. PVTsim software is used to calculate the formation mechanism of gas hydrate in different conditions. The OLGA software is used to establish the model of the network. Taking the field gas pipeline network as the research object, using the method of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis, the simulation software is used to simulate and analyze the results of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The effective measures to solve the problem of freezing and blocking are put forward, and the optimized operation parameters are optimized to solve the problem.
