Foreign rotary drilling rig technology has been mature. But the introduction of rotary drilling rig is late in China. The development of rotary drilling rig is still in the introduction, absorption, imitation of foreign products. In view of the disadvantage of the technology of rotary drilling rig in our country, which is restricted by patents in the international market. It is significant to study the key technology of rotary drilling rig.Under large load conditions, key structures and components play a decisive role in the integer stability of construction machinery and operation safety. In order to meet the requirements of project progress, quality and construction safety, the research of rotary drilling rig and its key parts is more and more deeply. A large collection of international advanced parallel quadrilateral adjustment mechanism has been done. And combining with typical 280 rotary drilling rig machine parameters, select 5 kinds of parallel quadrilateral adjustment mechanism for the actual modeling. At the same time, according to the theory of mechanics, the load parameters of the parallel quadrilateral adjustment mechanism of the 280 rotary drilling rig are calculated.On the basis of kinematics and dynamics analysis of the 5 mechanisms, the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis of the Solidworks is carried out on the basis of the actual working conditions of the rotary drilling rig. And the simulation condition of the 80mm/s from the full range of the variable amplitude cylinder piston rod is extended to the whole stretching motion.First of all, through the kinematics analysis that 3 generated in the process of amplitude of the minimum acceleration, velocity of argument is relatively stable, the most conducive to rotary drilling rig in luffing process to maintain the stability of amplitude, and machine work device; and 5 institutions most is not conducive to the stability of rotary drilling rig.In addition, through the dynamic analysis that the five best institutions luffing angle range, in the main hoist provided drilling condition, drilling under the condition of reasonable working angle range and optimum working angle.Finally, the strength requirements of the selected materials are met by the finite element analysis of the five typical structures. And found that the key components are easy to produce stress concentration, in the design and production should increase the structural strength of the key points. By comparison, it is concluded that different mechanism forms have different effects on the structural strength.
