The rotary drilling rig is such a kind of drilling equipment that using in the large-diameter pile foundation constructions,for instance,the pile foundation construction of high-speed railway,subway and high-rise building.Currently it's the most advanced pile drilling equipment in the world.However,the domestic rotary drilling rig is still in the stage of absorption.In terms of quality and performance,there are some gaps between domestic machine and the similar foreign machine.In this paper,with the development practice,the key structure of the rotary drilling rig was studied closely.The safety and stability of the amplitude supporting mechanism were studied,and the matching technology of hydraulic system was studied as well.Details are as follows:(1)The construction advantage of rotary drilling rig and the research value were introduced,the development and development trends were presented.Then the mechanical structure and working principle of rotary drilling rig were elaborated.(2)In various typical conditions,a detailed analysis and calculation for the static mechanical properties of the amplitude supporting mechanism were carried out,based on the mechanical structure of the rotary drilling rig researched in this paper.(3)The 3-D models of amplitude supporting mechanism components were established by software PRO/E.The models were imported into the AYSYS,and then meshed reasonably.The loads and constraints were set up by static calculation results.Under various typical operating conditions,the safety of the mechanism was evaluated by the displacement and stress cloud of the various components of the amplitude supporting mechanism.(4)According to the calculation results of actual parameters,the hydraulic system of the rotary drilling rig was designed,based on the advanced hydraulic technology widely used in construction machinery industry.The schematic diagram of the hydraulic system was designed as well.Research results in this paper have a certain reference value for the structural design,mechanical analysis and the optimization deign of the amplitude supporting mechanism in actual models.Furthermore,the research results have a certain reference significance for the design of hydraulic system.
