The memory components proposed in recent years are an extension of the classical circuit theory, it includes the memristor、memcapacitor、meminductor with memory characteristics of these three new components. All three devices reflect the unique characteristics of the nonlinear device, which corresponds to the v-i curve, q-v curve and i-φ characteristic curve depends on the historical status of the device. Thus, the memory components with its unique nature in the field of nonlinear science, computer storage, artificial neural networks cause the new research boom. In order to facilitate the memory components in the field of power electronics application and need to establish the simulation model in order to achieve the simulation and the experimental requirements, and taking the opportunity to lay the foundation for foundation as a memory element in the power electronic circuit further discussion, and application.This paper studies the memory component and its application in power electronic soft switches were studied, the main content of the work includes the following aspects:(1) The simulation circuit structure of charge-controlled floating ground memristor magnetron floating ground memristor is studied. The circuit characteristics are studied and the circuit simulation on the Multisim and physical circuit experiment are carried out. On the basis of floating ground memristor device, the conver analog circuit is designed to get the memcapacitor and meminductor, and the circuit simulation is carried out for the two conversion models.(2) A novel buffer circuit based on the memristor is designed. Through theoretical derivation memristor in the mechanism of buffer circuit and through simulation and traditional RC snubber circuit is compared. The results show that the new snubber circuit has smaller turn off voltage and open current excellent characteristics.(3) To buck circuit L type half wave circuit as the object of study constructed based on memcapacitor zero current switching quasi resonant circuit (ZCS QRC) design, and compared with traditional buck converter. The simulation results show that, in addition to the basic function of zero current shutdown, the end voltage of the resonant capacitor can be effectively reduced, which can reduce the current stress and switching noise of the switch tube to a certain extent.
