| The resistance, capacitance and inductance are basic components of power electronic circuits, whose mathematical properties can describe the state and behavior of the circuit. But in recent years, some scholars at home and abroad have found that the basic components of the existing circuit are not enough to describe the relationship between the state quantities of the circuit, so they put forward the concept of "memory components".The memory components are nonlinear two terminal elements with memory function,which include memcapacitor, memristor and meminductor. Their states are affected by the past state of the applied voltage,current or charge, so they have the ability of "memory". And when the sinusoidal signal is applied to them, their characteristic curve is a form of hysteretic curve. Due to their unique properties,these three kinds of memory components are considered to have great application prospect in the nonvolatile memory, artificial neural network, large scale integrated circuit and chaos theory.In this paper, the nonlinear circuit system composed of a memcapacitor is studied, and work of the following aspects is mainly made:1.According to the concept and principle of the memcapacitor, the equivalent circuit of the two order and three order voltage controlled memcapacitors were built by using basic circuit elements, and a circuit experiment was made on the three-order voltage controlled memcapacitor. The simulation and experimental results showed that when sinusoidal signal is applied, the characteristic curve of memcapacitor equivalent circuit exhibits hysteresis characteristics,which is consistent with the concept and principle of the memcapacitor. At the same time, the mathematical model of the three order charge controlled memcapacitor was simulated, and the simulation results were also consistent with the expected results.2. A nonlinear PD controller was made by replacing a conventional capacitor in the PD circuit with a memcapacitor. The simulation results showed that the nonlinear PD controller has a good control effect for the object.3.The research of a chaotic oscillation circuit composed by three order charge controlled memcapacitor has been made.The dynamic characteristics of the chaotic circuit in different conditions were studied by numerical analysis and computer simulation.The application of memcapacitor in chaos circuit was explored. |
