With the overexploitation of resources and increasing global petrochemical reduction, tension energy applications doubled States, while protecting natural resources are actively studying the utilization of renewable resources. Because of its high-tech research the economic benefits of wind energy rich early results have been widely developed and applied, but its output power volatility and random grid injection will impact, affecting their applications. In this paper, the application stabilize power fluctuations in wind farm energy storage systems research, set the battery in the side of the bus network- hybrid super capacitor energy storage system architecture, through the power outlet collection, with a target power compared fuzzy clustering wavelet capacity calculation algorithm is configured to realize the energy storage system is controlled by varying the length of the low-pass filter control strategy to achieve the wind farm export target to stabilize voltage fluctuations.First of all, introduce the background and significance of the research of wind farm, briefly at home and abroad to stabilize the fluctuations of wind power research status and development trend, gives common storage can classification system and has carried on the analysis and comparison, shows that hybrid energy storage system is relatively more advantage.Secondly, considering the components of the battery super-capacitor hybrid energy storage to analysis of mathematical model of system and their respective characteristics and mathematical model of description of super capacitor and battery energy, in a clear stabilize power target based on, of mixed storage can stabilize the principle of the system and common structure are introduced, and analysis of the mathematical model of the doubly fed wind power generator, through the battery super-capacitor storage to the mathematical model analysis, the hybrid energy storage system equivalent circuit model.Again, the commonly used control strategies are analyzed, in the control of low pass filter based on the proposed a change long control strategy, and has carried on the theoretical analysis, the accuracy and speed control with improved; configuration was optimized by using fuzzy clustering algorithm based on the wavelet, the proposed algorithm is validated by computer simulation on the accuracy and traceability of all have better advantage. From economics perspective, in a wind farm is controlled by fuzzy clustering wavelet algorithm implementation capacity of hybrid energy storage system configuration calculation, by comparing numerical example to verify the superiority of the improved algorithm.Finally, through the simulation software SIMULINK toolbox of MATLAB to the research of battery ultra-capacitor hybrid energy storage to system simulation research, system model is built, using the random data simulation of wind power input signal, by using fuzzy wavelet clustering algorithm for capacity allocation calculation and change often low-pass smoothing power control, stabilize power simulation. Through the simulation software simulation, get the target system power calculation results, and compensated output power waveforms to verify the storage can stabilize effect better; battery and super capacitor unit output power and power waveform, reflecting the hybrid energy storage system configuration advantages. In the application of network interface in wind farm it has a good application prospect.
