Aeroengine bearings belong to the high precision bearings, its running state is closely related to the engine condition as an important part of engine rotor system. The requirements of bearings reliability are more and more strict. The reliability analysis of equipment is to use the aeroengine bearings failure life data or equipment running information, through the reliability analysis model to evaluate and predict the running state, to master the running state of the equipment, avoid the fault, and offer technical support for the back of the equipment maintenance. The traditional reliability model take the stress and the intensity as the random variable as the starting point, apply the method of probability and statistics to analyse. For traditional reliability model, should first determine the distribution types of stress and intensity, and the relevant statistical parameters must be obtained by a lot of experiments, fail to combine the vibration features with reliability theory. Especially for the reliability analysis of aeroengine bearing, the traditional method is more complex and can not be used as an effective method for analysis.This paper puts forward the vibration reliability analysis of the aeroengine bearings. The vibration reliability analysis get the reliability of the equipment through vibration, by using signal processing method for the vibration of the running condition of equipment to extract vibration features, then combining relevant reliability model established to analyse equipment reliability effectively.Paper introduces the aeroengine bearings and its failure modes, and studies the current vibration signal processing methods. On the basis of these methods, wavelet denoising and Hilbert transform to extract the vibration signal features is proposed, and through the measured signal to verify the superiority of the method. According to the acquiring vibration features, the reliability of engine bearings is analysed. Two kinds of effective methods are put forward, the first one is the weibull proportional hazards model which based on the vibration features of equipment. The second one is to use the wavelet energy entropy for reliability analysis. Then, these methods are applied to the reliability analysis of aeroengine bearings, all have achieved ideal effect. Finally, the Matlab GUI based on the vibration reliability analysis is established, which makes the analysis process more clearly, simply and easily.
