| Aeroengine has the features of high cost, short life and hard maintenance. Plane wrecks caused by aeroengine failure often happen, so people attach importance to aeroengine failure. The 80 percent of these failures come from rotor part. This paper is named as Research of Vibration Signal Analysis System in Aeroengine Test of WP13, discusses technique on early failure diagnosis of rotor vibration, firstly analyses failure character of rotor, vane, bearing and gear, introduces the reason, type and signal feature of each failure of aeroengine rotor system. And then discusses data signal processing technique of vibration signal, mainly introduces powerspectrum and cepstrum and their features. At last this paper illuminates the application of this technique according to the example of rotor vibration of WP13 aeroengine. The results show that the system is suitable and effective, and satisfed the requests in aeroengine vibration testing. |
