The rheological properties of the liquid detection device is widely used in the pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical industry, bio engineering and other fields. It is an important equipment of scientific application research and research department of the factory, which can complete the liquid rheology testing with an uninterrupted and high accuracy of working efficiency from a macro perspective in the actual process. But from the perspective of microscopic particles, the rheological properties of the liquid detection were not in-depth study. From the microscopic point of view, the "extrusion resistance phenomenon" is caused by the anisotropy of the short range force between the particles, which leads the fluctuation of the macroscopic liquid density to unsteady thermodynamics. In this state, a fraction of the particles mutually sustain a support network, the others as the support particles force most of the cluster motion to stop, then originally dissolved colloidal dispersion system becomes to jelly. Removing the support particles will not have any effect on the "extrusion resistance phenomenon", but it does if any sustain particle of the support network is moved. This paper gives the system hardware design and the software realization process to design a physical device for testing the rheological characteristics of liquid, completes the combination with dielectric spectrometer in the process of signal acquisition and transmission, and realizes the simultaneous detection of micro state a macroscopical performance at the same time. It measures the micro gel dispersed liquid dielectric and rheological properties(viscosity) in order to reveal the disturbance of micro gel particle aggregation structur and state which is caused by the flow field, and the influence of macroscopic mechanical and electrical properties of dispersed system structure and state of aggregation. The focus of this paper is that when the rotor of the rotary rheological characteristic detection device stir the liquid in a high speed to keep from vibration and a series of influence, dielectric spectrometer can collect the signal data that we need, and measure the electrical and mechanical relaxation properties of micro gelation which occurred extrusion resistance under the shear field. In hardware design, we use the coupling as far as possible to reduce the jitter which is caused by the departure of the rotational center in a high speed of rotating process and the conductive ring to transmit signal from the rotary device to the dielectric spectrum instrument signal acquisition interfaces in the realization of the high-speed rotation.
