In recent years,with the rapid development of my country's economy,the people's living standards have continuously improved,and the requirements for traffic speed have been continuously increased,and higher requirements have been put forward for road performance.High-viscosity asphalt is used more and more widely in engineering construction such as highways and bridges.With its high viscosity,it plays a key role especially in the drainage structure of asphalt pavement.High-viscosity modified asphalt plays a key role in the drainage structure of asphalt pavement due to its high viscosity.The rheological properties of high-viscosity modified asphalt significantly affect the viscosity of asphalt,so research and analysis of its rheological properties are particularly important important.The high viscosity modifier used in this paper is a new type of instant high viscosity modifier,which is mainly composed of a variety of low melting point polymer.Compared with the common high viscosity modifier on the market,the high viscosity modifier used in this experiment has the characteristics of high temperature instant dissolving without the traditional high-speed shear process,but can be completely dissolved by pure stirring process.In this paper,3 kinds of stabilizers and 4 kinds of high-viscosity modifiers are selected for the compounding of high-viscosity modified asphalt,and SBS modified asphalt is used as a control.A lot of research on high-viscosity asphalt has provided theoretical support for the application of high-viscosity asphalt and technical support for the construction and application of high-viscosity asphalt mixtures.At the same time,this paper also studies the road performance of high-viscosity modified asphalt to provide practical The construction application provides data and theoretical support.For the compounding of high-viscosity modified asphalt,the mixing and melting time is determined to be 45 min,the mixing temperature is determined to be 185? and the development time is 120 min according to the three major indexes,and the stability is determined according to the three major indexes,60? dynamic viscosity and segregation softening point The optimal content of the high-viscosity modifier is 0.25%.The results show that the high-viscosity modifier can improve the high-temperature performance and storage stability of the high-viscosity modified asphalt;The microscopic characteristics of the mixed high-viscosity modified asphalt were compared and analyzed.After adding the high-viscosity modifier,the characteristic peak and fluorescence area of asphalt have changed significantlyFor the rheological properties of high-viscosity modified asphalt,the temperature sensitivity and construction and workability of high-viscosity modified asphalt were studied through rotational viscosity test;the high-viscosity modified asphalt was studied through temperature scanning test and multi-stress repeated creep recovery test.The high-temperature rheological properties of asphalt;low-temperature rheological properties of high-viscosity modified asphalt were studied through low-temperature bending beam rheological tests.The results show that the temperature sensitivity,construction workability,high temperature resistance to deformation,creep recovery and low temperature resistance of high-viscosity modified asphalt are better than those of SBS modified asphalt,and with the addition of high-viscosity modifiers With the increase of high viscosity modified asphalt,the temperature sensitivity,construction workability and high and low temperature performance of high viscosity modified asphalt have been continuously improved.For the road performance evaluation of high-viscosity modified asphalt mixture,dynamic stability,failure strain and freeze-thaw splitting test intensity ratio are used as evaluation indicators to study the high-low temperature and water stability performance of high-viscosity modified asphalt mixture: Compared with SBS modified asphalt mixture,high-viscosity modified asphalt mixture has better anti-rutting ability;high-viscosity modified asphalt mixture has better toughness and does not affect the asphalt mixture while maintaining good high-temperature stability.Low-temperature crack resistance of materials;high-viscosity modified asphalt has better adhesion with aggregates,and its water damage resistance is better than SBS modified asphalt.
