Study On Debugging And Start-up Of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler

Circulating fluidized bed boiler is one of the main technology equipments used in electric power generation. Because of the complicated structure and high technical requirement of circulating fluidized bed boiler, the debugging process of it needs to be considered in many aspects.Taking the 240t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler as an example, this paper introduces the working principle, control strategy and combustion system model of circulating fluidized bed boiler. Detailed analysis of cold tests on the resistance characteristics of cloth wind plate, critical fluidization airflow and even distributing wind, etc. has been carried out, and it talks a lot about the ignition modes, oil gun mechanism and atomizing ignition experiment. Critical points of these experiments, such as oven refractory material, temperature selection, etc. has also been emphasized.In this paper, the start-up process of circulating fluidized bed boiler is studied in detail, and those key parts like blower fan, the system of the coal feeder and the cold slag machine are analyzed as well. It thus draws several priming conclusions on the resistance characteristics and uniform of cloth wind plate, fuel atomization, order and parameter selection of blowpipe and thermal instruments. Experimental results show that the size, particles and moisture of coal will all cause the clogging of blowpipe and slag cooler, so coal quality is the key factor which determines the normal operation of blowing processes. The results of cold test also show that the 600 mm bed material can be completely fluidized when the frequency converter opening of primary air flow is 40%, which can be used as a reference at the coal feeding process.Finally, this paper summarizes the causes of failure in debugging and start-up process, and puts forward some corresponding measures at the same time.
