The microgrid that consist of distributed sources has been widely used, but the operation of the distributed power is not reasonable in the microgrid. It causes the utilization rate of renewable energy is low, and the waste of energy, it also has influence on the reliability of the power system.In this paper, focusing on wind power and photovoltaic power introduces the principle,features, and its power generation model, energy storage way is also introduced. Focus on the work principle, with the experiment platform of wind power and photovoltaic power generation project from shandong university of technology,campus grid model is establish-ed, making an in-depth research on the microgrid operation. Simulate the microgrid integrated optimal operation and microgrid power grid black startup strategy. Main contents are as follows:(1) Research on the microgrid load classification, evaluation index of the microgrid. Put forward the control strategy for microgrid operation. As far as possible to supply microgrid with renewable energy power. It also maximize the operation time of the photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation, improve the utilization of renewable energy.(2) Build the mathematical model of daily load curve decomposition, study particle swarm optimization algorithm. On the basis of the microgrid load decomposition is different in the different times, Daily load curves of variable weight particle swarm optimization algorithm is presented. When microgrid is working, using the algorithm for integrated optimization of the campus microgrid model. Under the premise of ensuring reliable, improve the economic benefit of micro power grid. and use the HOMER micro grid simulation software to verify the feasibility of the optimization algorithm.(3) Research the multistage application of Agent technology in power grid, analyzes the powerful of microgrid in the role of black start, put forward a perfect black start up strategy in microgrid. After the breakdown of the microgrid, restoring power quickly with this strategy to improve reliability of the microgrid system. Simulate a actual campus microgrid with this strategy in Matlab.
