With the continuous development of wind power generation technology,the reserves of wind power generation are unlimited,and environmentally friendly new energy sources will gradually replace traditional thermal power.Among my country’s energy sources,wind power generation has always been increasing year by year.Especially in Northwest my country and Inner Mongolia and other regions,wind power is one of the main energy sources.The increasingly large and complex grid architecture also challenges the safety and stability of grid operation.When a blackout accident occurs,if the power grid can be successfully black-started,it will reduce a lot of unnecessary economic losses.In the past,the power supply units for black start of the power grid were all hydroelectric power plants.Therefore,for those areas lacking water and wind,the demand for using energy storage wind farms as black start power sources is becoming more urgent.To this end,this article has conducted research on the following aspects:First,establish a simulation model of an energy storage wind farm.Established mathematical models of wind turbines and doubly-fed generators,built simulation modules for wind turbines,doubly-fed wind power generators,inverters,and formed the overall simulation model of doubly-fed wind turbines;analyzed the operating principles of the battery energy storage system,Established its equivalent model and simulation model;finally built a comprehensive system simulation model of the energy storage wind farm.Secondly,study the control strategy of energy storage wind farm as a black start power source.Based on the existing droop control and virtual synchronization control strategies,the feasibility of energy storage wind farms participating in frequency modulation is analyzed.The traditional droop control is optimized from two aspects: based on the variable droop coefficient and the virtual inertial control link is introduced on the basis of the droop control.The optimal control parameter group is set and calculated by the particle swarm algorithm.The simulation results show that the method greatly suppresses the frequency vibration.Improve the stability of the system and ensure the realization of the black start of the grid.Furthermore,the problem of battery capacity allocation when the energy storage wind farm is used as a black start power source is studied.Explore the factors that affect the capacity configuration of energy storage batteries;further explore the configuration methods of energy storage batteries from the two aspects of energy storage battery access mode and battery type selection;study the impact of energy storage battery configuration capacity on the frequency of energy storage wind farms in the grid The impact of the voltage support capability has been verified by simulation and explored the most effective and economical energy storage battery capacity configuration.Finally,a black start method for energy storage wind farms based on load hierarchical sequencing control is proposed.By studying the characteristics of the auxiliary load of energy storage wind farms and thermal power plants,the load model and auxiliary equipment model are constructed.A wind farm black start method based on load hierarchical sequencing control is proposed.The load hierarchical sequencing is theoretically selected and controlled based on the implicit enumeration method.Through simulation and comparison,the above method is significantly better than traditional droop control,which further guarantees the smooth progress of the black start.
