With the rapid development of Our country industry, the building energy consumption is speeding up. Air-conditioning energy consumption occupies a large proportion of the building energy consumption, and with the development of air conditioning technology, the energy crisis and environment pollution as two global problem increasingly prominent. The two big problems make people’s understanding of green air-conditioning technology improved, and prompte the evaporative cooling of the environmental protection air conditioning technology development.This topic based on the existing evaporative cooler is optimized to improve, put forward the structure of the indirect evaporative cooling + spray chamber type evaporative cooling technology, test a variety of conditions, analyze the date and conclut the evaporative cooling efficiency and parameter selection principle. Comparing the experimental date and the actual measurement date, analysis the influence factors of the efficiency. These provide the reference and theoretical basis for the subject of further research.The main contents of this topic research are as follows:(1)Study the current research status of the evaporative cooling technology, know the relevant theoretical knowledge and the thermal calculation method of the current indirect evaporative cooling technology, and prepare for the application effect analysis of the compound evaporative cooling technology the subject mentioned.(2)Designing the indirect evaporative cooling test bench and according to the existing specification and related research of indirect evaporative cooling technology to analyze and optimize the experimental data.(3)Set up the comprehensive experiment platform and introduce the principle of the indirect evaporative cooling for each system. Adjust and measured the laboratory furniture, and adjust the variable parameter, such as one side of the wind speed, Secondary side wind speed and water spray quantity, simulate different conditions and test the various operating conditions then record the data.Then conclude the the heat exchange efficiency of the indirect evaporative cooling equipment, the influence of various factors on the efficiency of the heat exchange equipment, draw the principle of choosing the parameters and summary and study the performance and influencing factors.(4)Compare the test bench test results with the test results in the textile workshop,then analysis and reach the applicability of Composite evaporative cooling technology in the industrial air conditioning applications and the optimization effect.(5)With regional characteristics and the characteristics of the evaporation cooling technology to illustrate the principle of composite evaporative cooling technology in industrial air-conditioning. Take 3# sprinning workshop air-conditioning in a textile factory which in luoyang of henan province as the example, through the enthalpy humidity chart to analysis the air-conditioning performance under the two kinds of air treatment programme, which two-stage spray chamber or spray chamber + indirect evaporative cooling technology, thus compound the applicability of the evaporation cooling technology in the industrial air-conditioning and the optimization effect.In a word, through this topic preliminary study found that it is theoretically feasible application of the combined evaporative cooling technology used in industrial workshop air-conditioning system, and there is a huge potential in energy.
