The current research on bridge crane is only concerned about the working conditions when the lifting trolley is stationary. For the above problem, the thesis takes bridge structure of universal QD10-22.5 bridge crane as the research object. The research is carried out on the working conditions of the trolley moving on the bridge structure, which would improve the theoretical research of the bridge structure. In the thesis, specific research contents are as follows:(1) Based on engineering beam theory and time-varying mechanical theory, it is deduced that the dynamics equation of moving trolley and single main girder coupling vibration system. Using Newmark-β algorithm to solve the equations, calculate the vibration frequency of the main girder under the action of the trolley. Compared with the natural frequency of the main girder itself, the results show that the vibration research on moving trolley is more important, which pave the way for bridge structure modal analysis.(2) In ANSYS, based on the shell element model, transient analysis of the bridge structure is carried out on the working conditions of the trolley moving on the bridge structure. Three typical positions are:the full loaded trolley is still at the end of the main girder; the full loaded trolley is still at the 1/4 position of the main girder; the full loaded trolley is still in the middle of the main girder. Static analysis of the bridge structure is carried out on these three typical positions. Comparing the data, the results show that it is more important that the study of the response of the bridge structure under the action of moving trolley. And it is more accord with the actual condition.(3) Based on the Shell element model, the prestressed modal analysis is made under the working condition of the trolley moving at a constant velocity. Then, extract vibration frequencies of bridge structure, and their corresponding vibration modes; check dynamic stiffness of the bridge structure in the vertical direction. It has a certain guiding significance to study the safety and reliability of the bridge structure.
