Taking a certain type of instrument box as the object and the finite element method as the main method,the dynamic analysis and structure statics analysis of the model instrument box are solved,and the reliability of a certain type of instrument box is verified through the analysis results.It has a certain reference value to the reliability design of a certain type of instrument box,and it has a certain guiding significance to the reliability strengthening test of a certain type of instrument box.According to the analysis needs of a certain type of instrument box,the following aspects are studied.1.The finite element model is established.By means of reasonable simplification,a 3D model of a device box is built by using SolidWorks 3D modeling software.2.The static analysis of a certain type of instrument box is carried out.The results of static analysis show that the material parameters and unit characteristics of the box are correct,the deformation is reasonable,and the modeling process is correct.3.The transient analysis,modal analysis and vibration analysis of a certain type of instrument box are carried out to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a certain type of instrument box.The reliability of the instrument box is verified by dynamic analysis and vibration analysis,and the model box finite element model is analyzed by modal analysis,transient analysis,random vibration analysis,in order to fully understand the dynamic characteristics of the device box and the weak links.
