In the process of modernization construction of our country, the huge amount of construction waste produced by construction industry often adopt treatment methods like landfill or stack, which not only occupy land, b ut also cause serious soil pollution, water pollution and air pollution. At the same time, the nature aggregate significantly consumed in the highway construction in our country cannot regenerate in a short time. Cement stabilized crushed stone material is widely used in asphalt pavement base because of its high strength, good integrity and good durability. Due to the base strength requirement of specifications is not high, so we can sort out concrete block, brick block and mortar block of construction wast e, then crush these blocks to appropriate gradation, fabricate recycled aggregate, and partly or completely replace nature aggregate used in cement stabilized crushed stone base or subbase of pavement, it is of realistic feasibility. The purpose of this pa per is to study the performance of cement stabilized crushed stone pavement base material containing construction waste via laboratory test, and to expect that the research results can contribute to practical projects.First of all, this paper studies on t he property of natural aggregate and recycled aggregate, conducts the design of material composition. And then molds specimen containing different content of recycled aggregate, cures to specified age, conducts performance test which mainly include: strength properties, stiffness properties, erosion resistance properties, frost resistance properties, shrinkage properties test. Secondly, this paper protocols asphalt pavement structure which adopt cement stabilized recycled aggregate as base, calculates the m aximum of cumulative equivalent axle loads and ultimate axle load, and compares the results under the condition of different recycled aggregate content. Results show: recycled aggregate has characteristics of lower density, higher and faster water absorption, bigger crushed stone value compared with natural aggregate, but recycled aggregate properties meet specification requirements basically; compared with heavy compaction, vibrating compaction is more suitable for cement stabilized crushed stone material containing construction waste; with the increasing of recycled aggregate content, the maximum dry density of mixture decrease, the optimum water content increase; the strength of the mixture increase and then decrease with increasing content of recycled ag gregate, there is a peak, the strength meet the specifications; the stiffness of the mixture has a peak as well, while the incorporation of recycled aggregate could increase the stiffness of material; the mass lost of erosion increase with the increasing r ecycled aggregate content, erosion resistance properties would weaken significantly when the recycled aggregate content exceeds 40%; recycled aggregate has little influence on the frost resistance properties of materials; the dry shrinkage coefficient of mixture decrease, while the temperature shrinkage coefficient increase with the increasing recycled aggregate content, therefore it is necessary to control the content of the recycled aggregate in important projects to control shrinkage cracking; adding an appropriate content of recycled aggregate can improve cumulative equivalent axle loads and ultimate axle load, decrease road surface deflection, the suggested dosage is less than 40%.
