The related technology of using recycled aggregate of construction waste to prepare pervious concrete base has not been systematically reported in China.Under the background of the urgent need of construction waste treatment and sponge city construction,if we can develop new uses of construction waste in the pervious road pavement of sponge city,it will adhere to the national policy of sponge city construction at the same time,solve the problem of construction waste disposal,reduce removal and landfill costs,save the natural aggregate resources,and protect the natural environment.It has profound social,economic and environmental significance.For this reason,a kind of pervious concrete pavement base material using recycled aggregate of construction waste is studied in this paper.Its preparation method,composition design method and road performance technical index are determined through laboratory tests,and its pavement structure combination and construction technology are put forward.The main work and achievements of the paper are as follows:(1)The preparation methods suitable for the pervious concrete pavement base material using recycled aggregate of construction waste are evaluated through laboratory tests.The results show that the slurry mixing method,Intercalation molding method and standard curing method is more suitable for the material.(2)Through the comparison of domestic standards and the research results of the analysis,the pervious concrete pavement base using recycled aggregate of construction waste is defined as a material between the cement stabilized base(semi-rigid base)and lean concrete base.And the raw materials index,aggregate gradation requirements and mixture design methed with the voidage,permeability coefficient and mechanical strength as the main control index are proposed.(3)By comparing and analyzing three kinds of mixture design methods,the more suitable volume method is selected,and the optimal mix ratio is obtained according to the trial mixing test and strength test,and a set of mixture ratio calculation methods and processes are summarized.(4)Through single factor experiment,the effects of curing age,voidage,cement dosage and water cement ratio on drainage performance,mechanical properties,volumetric stability and scouring resistance were studied.(5)After studying the relevant codes and documents,the pavement structure combinations are summarized,and the corresponding construction technology and interlayer treatment technology are put forward.
