Foundation Treatment Technology And Application Of Municipal Road Pipelines And Structures On Soft Ground

For the subject that foundation soil often affects normal use and safety of municipal buried pipelines, especially to the gravity flow drainage pipes which have higher settlement requirements, the foundation soil must be properly handle before laying pipes. But from now on the research of this area is still lack of systemic theory, especially some key parameter in China, and the design and construction process is affected by the experience of trials and errors. The damage to roads or pipeline is more serious because people don’t pay more attention to the problems caused by the differential settlement of the foundation soil, therefore, It makes sense to research the foundation treatment technology of municipal road pipelines and its structures on soft ground.The main content of this paper includes flowing four points:(1) Firstly, optimizing the pipe materials, treatment and construction of Pipe foundation according to the requirements of the foundation bearing capacity and settlement in soft ground, which focuses on four parts including soften the pipeline, strengthen foundation, prevention the use of differential settlement and trenchless construction. (2) Secondly, Different treatment schemes of Foundation soil are put forward by analyzing the requirements of different pipelines in municipal projects. The main treatments of foundation soil in the paper can be concluded: Replacement Cushion Method, Silt Replacement Method, sandstone pile, spur law change, Deep mixing method, Churning Piles and so on. (3)Thirdly, Combing it a variety of foundation soil treatment experiences and learned lessons, putting forward a number of structures and ground handling anti-floating measures according to engineering practice.(4)At last, This paper proposes design ideas and design methods of structural engineering municipal pipelines based on the author many years of engineering design experiences, cites the cost project examples, advantages, disadvantages and practical application case of common processing methods. And further demonstratie treatment technology application technology of municipal pipelines and structures on soft ground foundation What’s more By two engineering examples further demonstrate municipal pipelines and structures on soft ground foundation soil technology application technology through two typicalengineering examples.In conclusion, the results used in this paper, especially the treatment schemes of Foundation soil is a sample to settle underground project problems. It is necessary to perfect the study in the future. The results of this study include municipal pipelines and treatment schemes of Foundation soils can be provided as a general method and the theoretical basis of engineering design research.
