The security risks of construction engineering project often take place in the construction stage. How to identify the safety risk of the construction project and how to achieve real-time warning has become one of the most worthy of study in the construction project risk management. Around this problem, the paper has carried on the thorough research from the factors affecting the safety risk and its mechanism, the construction of the index system, the dynamic identification of the security risk, the realization of the real-time warning and so on.Firstly, through the study of the factors affecting the safety risk in the construction stage and the analysis of the causes of safety accidents, the main factors affecting the safety risk of construction projects are determined. There are five categories of factors. Their combined effect causes the security risk, and finally causes the accident to happen, and then determines the selected range of the index. In order to make the index more valuable and accurate, combined with the safety principle of selected Indicators and the need for dynamic identification, determine safety risks affecting the different sub-index of construction of building projects, in order to make the indicators isotropic, then revise it. At last, a complete building projects security risk index is constructed on the basis of a clear degree of importance on each index.Secondly, security risks of construction projects are continuously changing, coupled with the security state of construction projects has no aftereffect, so dynamic recognition is more in line with the objective law of security risk. Therefore, in this study, using the idea of dynamic identification of security risks, taking the safety risk state of the previous stage into consideration, initial state function and index function model is established. By continuously acquiring real-time building information, then extract information features and convert them into measurable indicators, and by applying the initial state function and the index function model, to achieve the scientific and accurate dynamic identification of the construction project safety risk of the construction phase.On the basis of the dynamic identification of the construction project safety risk, by the use of these modern science and technology, construction safety forecast management system which based on sensors and data analysis can be established. From the type of real-time early forecast, the type of sensor to start, the level of security alert has been divided. Finally a theoretical framework of the real-time warning is constructed, and through the analysis of the features and functionality which the real-time warning management system should have. It laid the theoretical foundation for the further development of real-time warning system of the construction projects security risk.
