With the global fossil energy consumption increased and environmental problems become prominent, energy saving has become an urgent problem in the process of industrialization in the world.For our country, the 40 years of extensive development model is arduous. With the development of gas turbine technology, the research and development of low pollution and high efficiency combustion chamber has become one of the important issues of energy saving in China. It is a difficult problem to reduce the pollutant discharge of gas turbine, has reduces the discharge of NOx.In this paper, the design of the environment type combustion chamber (EV) is studied from the viewpoint of reducing NOX emission.The research contents are as follows:(1) In this paper, we first analyze several common methods of reduce NOx emissions, and point out that the design of dry low pollution combustion chamber is an effective method to solve the NOx pollutant.(2) In order to verify the effects of swirl intensity in miniature cone stationary combustion burner burner (EV), The flue gas analyzer was used to detect the concentration of NOx in flue gas under different working conditions(3) The computational fluid dynamics software commercial FLUENT was used to simulation.Experimental results show that increase swirl intensity will increase the concentration of NOx under low flow and the intensity of back-flow will weaken by low flow in Fluent,which cause uneven fuel mixture and NOx concentration increased.
