In recent years, the utilization of wind energy in renewable energy gradually more and more common. With the large scale application of wind energy, wind turbine which converts the mechanical energy to electrical energy plays a vital role in renewable energy field. Control systems and mechanical structure of wind turbine are becoming more and more complex. How to ensure the wind turbine in safety condition in the specific environment becomes more difficult, but it can determine the stability of the stable and safe operation of wind energy utilization safety. So exploratory research on wind turbine safety evaluation related parameters safety envelope is of great significance. The main content is showen as follows:(1) First, the mathematical model of the wind turbine is established, by analyzing the various components of the wind turbine model of linear state space. Focusing on the mathematical model of the tower model and analyze the vibration influencing factors analysis to calculate wind turbine extrapolation extreme loads and explain the method of calculation principles, in order to calculate the safety range of wind turbine operation.(2) The content and significance of wind turbine safety envelope is decribed in this part. Combined wind turbine model the Lyapunov stability function V is constructed, too. The safety envelop the super safety envelop also can be get. By means of linear model reduction and system identification, the safety envelop for wind turbine tower vibration has been established.(3) Taking a wind turbine model as an example, its modal dynamics were analyzed by using GL Bladed and Matlab software to analyze the safety envelope. And the two methods were analyzed, under wind turbulent normal operation, normal shutdown state simulation comparison, obtained by the model identification was more correct in safety envelope. The effectiveness of safety envelop also clarified by pratical wind turbine in wind farm. And in the emergency stop state analysis, the results show that the safety envelop effective, so it can play on the emergency shutdown designed to provide theory basis, finally reduce the vibration of wind turbine tower.(4) The calculation result verified thedesign method of safety envelop of the present paper adjust the emergency stop control parameters to achieve a wind turbine tower trajectory object in an emergency stop condition in the safety threshold range.
