In this paper, the research object of the wind turbine is to carry out the research on the wind turbine transmission system. Based on the analysis of wind turbine characteristics and maintenance methods, from the reliability, maintainability and economy analysis of the factors that affect the maintenance decision, considering the actual wind field operation data and expert advice, the establishment of wind turbine transmission system of important functional units-gearbox life distribution model, and gives the evaluation the method of model parameters, and provides a reliable basis for the decision of maintenance mode.The series system of the gear box and the high speed shaft of the drive system of the wind power unit is used as the concrete research object. The two parts are the economic correlation, and the maintenance cost of the system is set up. On the basis of this, the maintenance cost and availability index of the system are integrated, and the model of multi objective planning preventive maintenance is established. The model is not only applicable to a wide range, but also to ensure the availability of satisfaction at the same time, so that the maintenance costs are minimal. Through simulation, the system of the planned preventive maintenance cycle is optimized.In this paper, the research object is still the series system of the gear box and the high speed axis of the wind turbine. The optimal target is the minimum maintenance cost of the series system in one cycle, the system availability is the optimal target, and the two opportunity preventive maintenance model is established. And then take these two factors into consideration, and set up the multi - target chance - based preventive maintenance- model. Through the introduction of weight coefficient, the average maintenance cost of the system in a single cycle is analyzed, and the system availability is the maximum, and the influence degree of the two factors on the preventive maintenance cycle is different. In the end, the calculation results are compared with the model of preventive maintenance model and the opportunity model. The accuracy of the model is verified by the test results.
