Ecological Operation For Water Quality Improvement In The Yinma River Basin

Reservoir is one of the water conservancy project that people used to benefit themselves. This project makes more efficient use of water, and embodies their wisdom of transforming nature in practice. However, reservoir construction induced dramatic changes in nature river, which seriously damaged the original ecosystem of the river and caused a lot of ecological disaster. Severe studies were taking according to the influence of ecosystem made by reservoir construction.(1)Analyze the influence of river ecosystem by reservoir construction and operation, according to which the implementation of reservoir ecological operation were proposed.Proposed the object and method of reservoir ecological operation. According to the implement process of the method, it can be divided into emergency operating and routine operation.(2)Constructed the network diagram of ecological operation system for Yinmahe river basin. Through the in-depth study of simulation model, the reservoir ecological operation model for Yinmahe river basin derived by the reservoir operation rules, water supply rules of computing unit and reservoir group operation rules was constructed.Use these rules in the reservoir ecological operation model of Yinmaheriver basin.(3)Calculated the water value of Yinmahe river basin in three typical years, under two scenarios and three conditions, by the proposed ecological operation model for Yinmahe river basin. Analyzed the status quo of Yinmahe river basin, and qualitative conclusions are drawn.(4)According to the water supply situation of Yinmahe river basin, concluded that the conditions for ecological base flow operation in Yinmahe river basin are not yet mature in current situation that the central city water supply engineering have not operated yet. It only appropriates to ecological operation which meet ecological base flow and emergency operation of sudden water pollution.(5)Depend on the circumstances, analyze ecological operation target of various stages in Yinma basin. According toecological operation target of various stages, develop eco-scheduling program in Yinma river basin. Under current conditions (Prior to pass water of of Central Cities of Jilin ProvinceWater Supply Project), the target of ecological operation in Yinma River Basin is toimprove water quality, black-odor river training, using emergency dispatch plan; after that project pass water, the target of ecological operation in Yinma River Basin is to satisfy the water demand processesof ecological Suitable flow, using scheduling scheme of considering ecological suitability flow.
