Electromagnetic flowmeter is an inductive flowmeter based on Faraday’s electromagnetic induction law. It has strong corrosion resistance, high reliability, wide and variable measurement range and so on. At present, it has been widely used in all walks of life.However,in the entire electromagnetic flowmeter industry, the high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter used for filling is still relatively scarce. Therefore, the research and development of high-precision electromagnetic flowmeter used for filling will be an important direction in the industry in the future.The main work of the dissertation includes:(1) The current status and future development of the electromagnetic flowmeter are summarized,and the basic theory and detection method of electromagnetic flowmeter are reviewed by referring to the relevant references at home and abroad.(2) The whole hardware system is designed by using microprocessor chip named LPC1768 useing Coretex-M3 as kernel.Making full use of the rich resources of software and hardware of LPC1768, adopting the idea of modularization, I have completed the hardware design and the design of the software program, and it has effectively improved the reliability and accuracy of the electromagnetic flowmeter.(3) For the sake of the test of the electromagnetic flowmeter used for filling, research group also designed the special experimental device which can not only remain the flow rate of measured fluid to be measured constant, but also conveniently regulate the temperature of the measured fluid, and it can make the temperature stay constant. In addition, we designed the software by computer, and we can conveniently set the initial parameters of the electromagnetic flowmeter and observe the real-time filling signal and other information through the software.(4)The main factors having effect on the measurement accuracy of the electromagnetic flowmeter are explained by referring to the relevant references,analyzing the theory and data processing,and we give some effective measures to solve the factors,and it effectively improves the measurement accuracy of electromagnetic flowmeter.(5) For the application characteristics of the filling equipment automatic,we use the method of the flow velocity compensation and the fieldbus to improve the accuracy of filling. It can output the level signal of the switch automatically by the internal counter,so that we can control the spot more conveniently.
