Work of filling dish is to put many tiny chaotic parts such as tiny resistors into thefixture smoothly in order to connect fast for subsequent working procedure. With the rapiddevelopment of equipment precision and assembly line, the demand of the speed andprecision of filling dish is increasing. Quality of filling dish affects the length of theproduction cycle and the speed of enterprise delivery. Winged and high-precision fillingdish machine is a key equipment of precision filling dish assembly process. However, dueto miniaturization of the product size and different production process requirement for thequality of filling dish speed and filling dish, design problems of the winged andhigh-precision filling dish machine have rarely been solved in the domestic over the years.Jiangsu Suzhou smacon automation technology Co.,Ltd entrusts research team tosolve the research puzzle of the winged and high-precision filling dish machine. Accordingto the demand of the company, the structure scheme of is winged and high-precision fillingdish machine is designed and the prototype device which can adsorb the tiny componentsis fabricated.In this paper, it discusses the current research and development of the winged andhigh-precision filling dish machine which related to this topic at home and abroad,according to the adsorption and filling dish requirements of the company, on the basis ofthe comparison, we finally established a new type of automatic filling dish technologyoptimization scheme in contrast to automatic filling dish technology, and drew the programstructure diagram of automatic filling machine. Two kinds of adsorption loop arecomparatively analyzed in terms of the reliability of the series system model. Then thescheme of the loop of the system is established based on the quantitative calculation. Toimprove the speed and accuracy of the filling plate adsorption, the adsorption performanceis analyzed. The structure of adsorption loop of the system is designed based on the theorycalculation and experimental verification. The function of the key model is studied, and thewhole equipment is obtained based on Solidworks. Then the key structure of the system such as hollow spindle, chuck shaft and shoe plate is analyzed and optimized based onSolidworks Simulation, which will prepare the ground for the design, optimization andmanufacturing and production.In the filling dish process of LOW-LOW resistance pins or chips, the prototypedevice truly achieves the fast operating speed, high filling dish precision, and low failurerate of filling disc, and greatly improves the work efficiency and has bright applicationprospect.
