Research On The Key Technology Of The Construction Of The Fully Automatic Three-Dimensional Cold Chain Logistics Warehouse

This paper takes the third generation model automatic three-dimensional cold storage building which is in the North China participation as an example, to study five construction technologies which are commonplace in the third generation model automatic three-dimensional cold storage building:foundation treatment, high formwork system, overlong concrete structure crack control, super high monolayer steel structure installation, cold insulation board assembly construction. By referring to the domestic and foreign advanced experience and improving the method according to the actual situation of the project, the project department implement the construction program and technical measures one the principle of "pre-product, in-product and ex-product control". After the actual implementation and verification, it is confirmed that the measures are effective and reliable. And the quality, schedule and safety management level of the above five items of work are improved obviously.When foundation treatment plan determined, the author gathered related engineering information, analysed common treatment methods, and recommended sand and gravel cushion method to institute. Finally, it has been recognized by the institute. In foundation treatment process, I strengthened work planning to ensure the construction quality and progress. TO optimize high formwork system construction plan, we planned to finish the interior floor backfilling before the formwork. So, the height of the formwork would be reduced during the demand for materials, difficulty and risk of formwork construction risk would be reduced. I also have given the institute advice about crack control of long reinforced raft foundation, i.e. arrange two expansion late poured bands, which is in line with the principle of "release first". For steel structure installation, the selection of crane is as important as the coordination of processing, transportation and installation to avoid the secondary site transportation and improve construction efficiency. Due to insulation board installation is proprietary technology, the author focused on all processes, i.e. from manufactory produce to installation in the site, to control the work quality and avoid quality problems.
