The thermal insulation box is a kind of cold logistics transport carrier for transporting goods such as blood efficiently,quickly and safely from the place of departure to the destination.The main function of the Vehicle/Aeronautical blood transport thermal insulation box is to cut off and delay the heat and cooling exchange between the goods to be transported and the environment outside the box,so as to prolong the time of the goods in the corresponding temperature preservation temperature range.The design and research of the thermal insulation box is key link of the basic function of the thermal insulation box,and it is also a basic tool.In this paper,the thermal insulation box with blood transport function is designed and studied,and heat transfer theory is applied to analyze the heat transfer process of the thermal insulation box.The thermal insulation test of the intrinsic rotary plastic thermal insulation box is carried out when simulating whole blood and simulated plasma.The thermal insulation performance and sealing performance of the intrinsic rotary plastic thermal insulation box are comprehensively analyzed.Under the temperature environment of 25 degrees,the time of simulating whole blood or plasma transported by the intrinsic rotary plastic thermal insulation box is less than 48 hours,which can not achieve the thermal insulation performance under certain conditions of blood transporting.There is a phenomenon of cold leakage at the connection between the cover and the box body,and the sealing performance of the thermal insulation box is not good.Then the improved design of the new rotary plastic thermal insulation box is put forward.In view of the existing problems of the original thermal insulation box,the technical parameters of the new thermal insulation box,such as the thickness of the insulation layer,the internal and external dimensions,are optimized.According to the design requirements of the new thermal insulation box,the structural design ofthe thermal insulation box is improved.It is determined that the cold storage plate should be placed at the top or at the top combined with the side.The new thermal insulation box should be double-sealed.The related calculation and design of the new thermal insulation box are completed.
