Permanent magnet synchronous motors with small size, small moment of inertia, simple structure, high efficiency and power factor, apply more widely in the fields of aerospace, defense, industrial and agricultural. The control system of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is the key technology of the permanent magnet synchronous motor which are widely used, with the development of control theory, microelectronics technology, theory of the motor, full digital control technology of the permanent magnet synchronous motor has been rapid applied. Since the permanent magnet synchronous motor cannot be started directly, so they need a special device to start. The main contents of this paper were to design a soft-start frequency device of the permanent magnet synchronous motor; Based on actual production and energy conservation requirements, the motor which the governor is not required at most of time only work on in the frequency state. So after the completion of the permanent magnet synchronous motor soft-start, this paper proposes a method about synchronous switching control between inverter power and power supply, and the simulation and experimental results test and verify this method.Firstly, this paper analyzes the structure, working principle and mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, to set up simulation body model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. Basing on this model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, it sets up vector control system simulation platform; For further analyzing the theory of synchronous switching control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the paper proposed a method of synchronous switching control. Based on the simulation platform of the permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system, built a synchronous switching control between inverter power and power supply simulation plat form.Secondly, according to the control system simulation of the platform, built a synchronous switching control between inverter power and power supply experimental platform, used TI digital signal controller (DSP) to design the control system hardware and related programming and debugging.Finally, according to the simulation platform, experimental platform of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system, proposed frequency soft-start of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and a method of the synchronous switching control between inverter power and power supply control, and conducted a lot of simulations and experiments. Simulation and experiment tested and verified the switching method correctness.
