A Research Of Fluorescence Polarization Detection System

Fluorescence polarization detection system is to use fluorescence polarization as the basic principle of development and design.The system in medical healthcare, life science,drug development and environmental monitoring,etc,have become more widely used. Fluorescence polarization detection system of the paper is mainly used in biomedical detection and analysis of organic molecules in environmental protection.Fluorescence Polarization detection principle is to detect the light polarization strength which is generated via fluorescence labeled probe excited by excitation light.Sample excited light after the fluorescence emission filter and polaroid to be polarized light into photomultiplier tube which is the role of photomultiplier tube vertically or horizontally polarized light signal is transformed into a weak electrical signals, signals after adjusting circuit by the adc input to the microprocessor, the signals by processed can judge the current sample properties.This paper mainly contains two aspects to carry on the design:fluorescence polarization detection system hardware design and the fluorescence polarization detection system software design.Fluorescence polarization detection system software design is divided into functional application development and PC software development.Fluorescence polarization detection system hardware design part mainly includes the main control circuit, the fluorescent detection circuit, lighting source detection circuit, light source driving circuit, stepper motor drive circuit, module conversion circuit(A/D), communication circuit, etc., Which the stepper motor drive circuit for the reagent disk drive stepper motor positioning and when tested for different samples need different optical lens combination of selection and in the process of testing for acquisition level polarized light intensity value and vertical polarized light intensity and respectively for the launch of light path in the selection of vertical and horizontal polaroid polaroid. Software part mainly introduces the whole operational process and fluorescence detection system process.Upper machine part is not in the scope of this thesis in detail, only has carried on the brief introduction to its function. Design of fluorescence polarization detection system through experiment verification, various functions can achieve the design requirements.
