In recent years,with the development of clinical medical testing instruments and detection technologys,the requirements of its detection accuracy and efficiency have been gradually improved.As a new detection technology,fluorescence immunochromatography analyzer has received great attention from clinical laboratory because of its high efficiency,convenience,no pollution and wide detection range.Based on the principle of fluorescence immunochromatographic detection,a new method of signal analysis and system design of fluorescence immunochromatography analyzer are proposed in this paper.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:First of all,according to the principle of fluorescence immunotechnology,the appropriate fluorescein is selected,and the best wavelength is chosen to select the excitation light source because of its spectral characteristics.Based on the basic principle of fluorescence immunochromatographic detection and system requirements,the design scheme of system is determined.At the same time,it is aimed at the noise characteristics of fluorescent signals,the wavelet transform method is introduced into the quantitative detection of fluorescence immunochromatography analyzer.Due to the lack of traditional wavelet threshold denoising,the method of improved threshold function is proposed in this paper,and its feasibility is verified.Then,a control system based on MK10DN512VLL10 chip is designed with modularization.The main hardware modules of fluorescence immunochromatography analyzer are introduced in detail.The optical circuit in the optical system,and the optical devices are selected and analyzed.At the same time,minimum system of K10,modules of power supply,constant current source drive,sample detection,signal acquisition and communication circuits are completed.Then,the software design of system is introduced,including sample detection,signal acquisition and touch screen software designs.And in the development environment of Visual Studio 2010,the software design of the upper computer of the system is completed.Finally,the improved threshold function is used to denoise the fluorescence signal effectively,and the area method of removing the substrate is used to detect the eigenvalue accurately.The cryptococcal capsular polysaccharide sample solution is used to quantitatively detect the system in terms of linearity,repeatability and sensitivity.The experimental results show that the repeatability error of the system is less than 1%,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9981,and the detection limit is 0.1ng/ml,which meets the requirements of the system.
