Low-Income Residential Landscape Design Research On Low Cost

The social security housing system is launching by the government to solve the housing problems of low-income residence in accordance with the relevant standards and the price.The implementation and the establishment of the social security housing system has great significance to solve the problem of people’s livelihood, protect the interests of the people, maintain the harmony and stability of society. Security housing landscape construction is one of the most important part of the housing construction system. With the rapid development of social security housing construction, the living area environment construction and protection becomes more important and popular to public. Regarding to the lower and medium income people, the life quality is closely related to the living environment. So, as an landscape designer, the huge responsibility on the shoulder to create a more applicable,attractive. filling with the sense of belonging and humanistic connotation residential landscape.Through the elaboration of concepts of social security housing, comparing and analysis with the commercial housing, indemnificatory residential landscape environment has an advantage of low input costs, intensity of use, focus on the low-income groups particularity. Again specific to the Nanjing City as an example, through several typical indemnificatory residential area as the main research object, analysis of the Nanjing City security of live Zone landscape environment in the location, space, environment, residents behavior and demand characteristics, summed up the current housing landscape existing problems. To research how to meet the demands of the low income population under the limitation of low cost as the main starting point。create higher quality housing landscape as ideas to solve the problem, proposed low-cost landscape design is not equal to the low quality of the landscape design principles, citing that reasonable price of low-cost landscape and concludes indemnificatory residential area of low-cost landscape design,strategies and design points. Considering of above points, combined with the new Nanjing Huijie Metro housing project landscape design case. Further analysis of the reflection of the low cost landscape design and the existing defects. to find where the problem is and to give the good suggestions.In the end, the author hopes that through the research of this thesis, it can provide meaningful guidance for the future development of affordable residential landscape design, and good future for affordable residential landscape.
