With the reform and opening and deepindents has changed dramatically, how tog a ovf ouidr batnheization, the pattern of income of urbanresi segergation of different classes hasbecome a social problem. As a solution, mixed-income housing is becoming more and moreattention. The key of mixed-income housing residential is whether the residents of thecommunity to their satisfaction, and a sense of belonging, and then mixing ratio can bemaintained in different income class of residents. By questionnaires, interviews and so on,survey the satisfaction of the residents who live in the mixed residential area, and then get totheir sense of belonging to the community and the stability of mixed residential community.First, by analysising the home and abroad mixed-income housing theory and practice, thepaper gets the theoretical framework of this research, and then go to the evaluation of thisresearch in beijing mixed-income housing residence. Then, using sociological and statisticalresearch methods to analysis the data and get mean, correlation coefficient and so on.Combined those data to bring architectural improvement and improve the stability of themixed residential community.This paper can not only help the sholars doing the further research on this project, butalso reflect the satisfaction and stability of mixed residential community at the present stageand can help designer to improve the satisfaction at commuinty planning, architecture designand so on.
