Hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge has a lot of good points because it takes full advantage of the characterist ics of the concrete and steel,which was widely used all over the world in recent years.As the key structure of hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge,the steel-concrete jo int section need to transmit the internal forces from steel beams to concrete beams effect ively and rationally,the mechanical propert ies and transfer mechanism has also been the focus of attent ion by research scholars all over the world.Taking Wujiang River Bridge as the engineering background,this art icle analyzes the theoret ical and experimental study of the after-pressure plate steel-concrete jo int sect ion with no cells.T he main content of this article includes:(1)This article introduced the concept of hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge and its advantages,it’s course of development and applicat ion were recalled.The structure of the classificat ion and characterist ics of steel-concrete jo int sect ion was described,wit h the principle o f posit ion select ion.(2)The full bridge finite element model of Wujiang River Bridge was established by use of the MIDAS finite element analysis software, carrying out the stress analysis of the full bridge.Based on the analysis of steel-concrete jo int sect ion, the standard combinat ion of condit ions and the carrying capacit y of a combinat ion of condit io ns were selected as the test condit ions,providing the basis for follow-up model test.(3)Based on the design principles of experimental models,a scale ratio of 1:3 test model of steel-concrete jo int sect ion of Wujiang River Bridge was determined and designed.The paper described the structural design of the test model, the test program design and the loading project.(4)Combined with the finite element analysis of steel-concrete joint section model by use of ANSYS software,the mechanical behavior and stress level of steel-concrete jo int sect ion were researched theoret ically,which could provide reference and comparison for test results,verifying the accuracy and validit y of the test data and research methods.(5)The experimental data and the finite element analysis data were compared to verify the reliabilit y of the test.By the displacement test of steel-concrete joint sect ion,it’s st iffness transit ion was assessed.The carrying capacit y of the structure was invest igated,the stress distribut ion,the load sharing ratio and the transfer mechanism of each part of the structure were studied.With finite element analysis o f steel-concrete jo int sect ion force changes in different structural parameters,the relevant variat ion of the structure was drawn,providing some recommendat ions and references about the structural design principles of steel-concrete jo int sect ion.
