Research On Paper-pulp Molder Material Product Design And Application Based On Life Cycle Theory

With the continuous development of modern industry, at the same time,the modern way of life is also developing fast, making a certain degree of pollution of the environment happened. Designers should be responsible for the huge impact that product generates on the environment since the minor error was inputted at early stage of design. Moreover, they also should explore more environmentally sustainable design method during the design process.After experiencing the environmental crisis for several times, consumers are aware that protecting the environmental is very important. Not only focusing on immediate interests, but also looking for a long-term planning. The public began to think about the Life-cycle Theory,how to reduce the damage to the environment, under the premise of good quality and production of products.With the deep understanding of environmental protection, then generating a wide variety of solutions for the current environmental issues. Facing to so many kinds of solutions, we will focus on the Paper-pulp Molded Material, which is an environmental protection material that has not been used very frequently today. If this kind of material can be used in an appropriate way, it will produce a high environmental and economic value. In the end, from the perspective of the material to build a design study of whole life cycle about the paper-pulp molded material.Taking paper-pulp molded material as object of study, and based on life-cycle theory as theoretical basis,to dig the possibility of combine paper-pulp molded material with household products,lastly, finding out the best connecting point between the two parts.Through the analysis of product design, find suitable breakthrough between the molded pulp material and small household products design, In theory, putting forward a set of molded pulp material design method of the product life-cycle, and the conclusions can be a new form of product design——providing the reference of product life-cycle design of molded pulp material.By using pulp plastic material, combined with the corresponding product design method,then extending the life cycle of molded pulp material and improving the utilization rate of molded pulp material. Which can save the energy resources, and reduce pollution, thus realizing natural environment sustainable development.The paper summarizes an effective set of product design method for paper-pulp molded material to lay a theoretical foundation for industrialization of paper-pulp molded material product design, and guide designers to carry on design practice on the basis of this theory.
