Tram wireless communications system is operating streetcar square production scheduling, train control to provide reliable communication support means. McWiLL system based on 4G technology, it provide fourth generation mobile communication technology for rail transportation trunking communication system. It can support rail transport voice and high-speed mobile data dispatch trunked dispatch services. In this paper, In this paper, the design of McWiLL technology in the tram system is described with the example of the tram system in Suzhou.In this paper based on the existing information and the project being implemented, the solution of the wireless communication system is studied. First the program based on the need of the tram starting to analyze common functional requirements for a wireless communication system.Since Suzhou tram Line 1 is the first to use the system rail transit lines, so the design needs to consider the needs of special features of rail transport, technical design effective custom functions. For the special application of the wireless communication system of the tram, such as vehicle special and positive line scheduling, voice and data with the vehicle station, dedicated dispatching console and voice recording server application on the design of customized development of the corresponding. Design includes network architecture design of wireless communication system, wireless signal depot and rail full coverage design, streetcar wireless trunking dispatch function customization design, tram vehicle terminal customized interface design.The core network side system design mainly considers the design of system reliability and customization features, the core network is designed to standby mode.The custom function is designed from two aspects of the communication signaling design and the user interface. For the terminal side, the main work is for hardware and software design.The hardware includes the voice scheduling module, which is added on the existing data transmission terminal. In the software, complete the appropriate definition of the design process signaling and signaling.Finally, for the tram rail transportation, the paper discusses the application of the system and test results late McWiLL system, and the prospect of its technological evolution and application prospects.
