To enhance the stability, reliability and reliability of power communication information, it is necessary to modernize the administration of the power grid communication. And the modernization of the power grid communication management also promotes the quality of the communication, scheduling, automation and other high demand services of grid. For improving the operating efficiency of the electric power communication network in Shaoxing, this paper researches and designs the power communication unified management and control platform for Shaoxing region.To complete this work, Shaoxing power communication current situation, the functional requirements of the platform and some key technologies are researched firstly.Then, the integrity of the platform is designed, including the platform software framework, device networking, security policy, and backup & recovery strategy. And some new service is special consideration for best user experience.After the overall design, the detail design platform is given by every subsystem, constituted by modular of the communication operation monitoring subsystem, the communication operation and management subsystem, communication resources management subsystem, and communication professional management subsystem.Finally, related tests and display interfaces carry out, and the test results prove the electric power communication unified management and control platform meets the actual needs of Shaoxing.
