With climate change and environmental pollution problems associated with conventional energy production and use patterns unsustainable increasingly prominent. Construction of UHV power grid, the country’s transportation energy, trade, utilization, optimal allocation of more convenient and quick, such as the difficulty to develop clean use of resources through production of UHV power grid so that the supply side of clean energy is transmitted to the consumer use of party so that the whole system can obtain more convenient energy development.To achieve sustainable development of human society and economy, promote clean and renewable energy use is an unavoidable problem. Establish UHV grid-based energy network, in order to develop clean energy, trade, and utilization to provide more convenient conditions, can reduce the costs associated with renewable clean energy supply and demand sides, increasing clean renewable energy resources available freedom, transport, supply stability, convenience of use for the sustainable development of the energy industry has played an important role in promoting. UHV technology makes the emergence of energy interconnection possible, optimize our energy configuration. Meanwhile, the construction of UHV promoting sustainable social and economic development has an important role in promoting.In this paper, the use of UHV is good to clean energy consumptive. Firstly, the UHV technology development of China and the world, and the use of PEST-SWOT model to influence the development of UHV factors summarized at different levels, to analyze its future trends. Secondly, the distribution, utilization and development status of fossil energy and clean energy. Again, we constructed under the uncertainty of energy structure optimization scheduling model; objective function to determine the weight of heavy multi-objective decision, particle swarm algorithm to solve the model using entropy method; for the corresponding numerical example. Finally, in the alternative, based on inter-regional power, it is proposed based on the improved cloud matter element evaluation model potential effects on TOPSIS UHV power transmission grid, and to verify the effect of important regional energy transmission replacement.
