| Water heater is one of the major energy consuming appliances, deeper research is neededin the energy-saving, environmental protection. After the implementation of energy efficiencylabeling system, energy saving technology of China water heater has rose to a higher level,which changed thechaotic situation, and made a standards for the water heater entering themarket.It also raises the domestic manufacturers and consumer awareness of energyconservation.At present, there are a lot of study on the water heater in our country, butmostly are from the product itself, no contact with China consumers’water conditions. Thispaper focus on four typical kinds of water heater,according to the China typical family’swater using mode, analyze each type of water heater powe’sr consumption,life cycle energyconsumption and the influence of environment.There is a big difference between Chinese consumer and developed countries in hotwater using customs, among them,the most important is that water is far less than developedcountries, many places still use cold water for family life activity. In China, the largertemperature difference between North and south, water storage capacity difference is obvious,Chinese consumers with hot water annual energy consumption in hot summer and warmwinter area at least, most of the cold area. All of the gas and electricity had little difference,therefore, using hot water energy consumption directly shows the economic costs. The use ofvarious types of water heater for household water consumption is the order of size: electricwater heater, gas water heater, air to water heater solar water heater, solar water heater with itsuse of renewable energy in the energy saving of the first, the electric water heater in the Chinaconsumer households in the larger proportion, heating equipment is the best. The marketsurvey, electric and gas water heater market the most number, solar and air energy waterheater less, especially in the northern region, air to water heater has not been popularized,solar water heater installation, due to technical reasons have not in the big city attention.The heat pump water heater power consumption calculation has not been a commonrecognition in our society, this paper also put forward BIN calculation to calculat heat pumpwater heater power consumption, the energy consumption for four kinds of water heater in thecalculation and comparison, found that electric water heater energy maximum, however,electric water heater as heating equipment the best is in the minds of consumers has alwaysmaintained an important position, there are some reasons, but from the energy-saving,environmental protection point of view, extension control electric water heater should bereasonable under conditions permitting, strengthening of solar and air can use thisenergy-saving water heater, can only improve the premise in energy saving consciousness isaccepted by consumers, one of the important factors that consumers in the choice of whetherto buy energy-saving products is considered, the economic benefits of energy-saving products,this paper predicts will2011sales of electric water heater for a direct benefit of heat pumpwater heater is brought: save electricity3.1billion degrees, equivalent to38.13million tons of standard coal.To calculate the effect of energy saving and emission reduction of various types of waterheater from thermal zoning, in severe cold and cold regions of heat pump water heater usingno higher temperature of the south area with high efficiency, so gas water heater has certainadvantages in the two place，and it should be the promoted. All in all, electric water heatershould be reasonable developed for its high energy consumption, heat pump water heater andsolar energy water heater should be encouraged in areas with conditions. Energy efficiencyevaluation method of four kinds of water heater should be considered from three aspects ofenergy, economy and environmental protection. |
