| With the rapid development of intelligent transportation system, variable message sign (VMS) is widely used to guide the route selection to ease traffic congestion, but the traffic flow is the combination result of traveler’s decision, so the traffic decision-making behavior of the traveler largely determines the utility of the traffic guidance system. The existing traffic guidance system determine induction period and VMS content in the angle of traffic management, lack of theoretical direction and actual data support.Then let traveler choose path after the issuance of the VMS information, but doesn’t consider the attitude of travelers to the traffic guidance information. In addition, the influence of road traffic congestion and amble definition directly determines the construction scale of traffic guidance system. Based on the above background, the paper made the traffic guidance strategy to meet the current level of traffic demand relied on the National Natural Science Fund Project "Research on the mechanism of space state transition and the rapid evacuation of the congested traffic network (number:1408085QF111)", and considering both the travelers and traffic management objectives starting from the path choice of travelers.Firstly, analyzing the factors that affect the route selection through Stated Preference survey, then defined the key factors, established a logistic traveler route choice model under VMS information, and calculate the traveler’s route transition probability finally.Secondly, a dynamic user optimal assignment model is established according to the dynamic of traffic guidance system, and integrated with the Logistic model, which makes the model more fit for choosing psychology.Thirdly, the author established a bi-level programming model to balance the interests of traveler and traffic management based on the different objectives of them, and used genetic algorithm to find equilibrium solution between system optimal and user optimal.Finally, using the classic road network to verify based on the established bi-level programming model.Fist, we can get the solution between the benefits of traffic managers and participants, that is to get the VMS optimal release scheme. Second, comparing the results before and after setting VMS.Third, the sensitivity analysis of main parameters, and obtained the influence of various parameters on the model. |
