Nowadays the power grid uses automatic generation control (Automatic Generation Control, Abbreviation AGC), which is a very common phenomenon in power plant. The conventional combustion adjustment, the wind and the coordination logic of thermal power plants can not meet the needs of AGC regulation, so it needs to be modified for each logical to meet the needs of AGC regulation in NorthChina power grid.This paper introduces the concept of AGC, the background, the significance, and the application status at home and abroad. The paper describes the coordinated control system principle of the Jing Long power plant’s two unit, analyzes the relationship between the boiler and turbine load balance, and aiming at the Beijing power plant is incorporated into the network in North China after AGC slow response problems are analyzed, find out the root cause of the problem, put forward the improvement scheme, to verify the conclusion according to the results of each scheme, and AGC load lifting test and verify the validity of the improvement measures.Aiming Jing Long power plant AGC slow response issues, specific analysis was demonstrated, and the following solution was proposed:reasonably for CCS logic optimization, mainly of primary air and secondary air, the amount of coal overshoot, condensation water throttling technology, load deviation, the optimization of LDC instruction, insensitive region through regulation, the remote control technology optimization of a series of improvements and improve the operating personnel, awareness, and actively adjust to, finally makes DCS system regulation has been greatly improved, through the above scheme is carried out, to verify the actual data. According to the conclusion, we can see that after a series of improvements Jing Long power plant, AGC performance has been greatly improved, KP values greatly improved. The conclusion shows that, in this thesis, we propose a series of logic modification is very successful.
