Unit coordinated control system is a nonlinear, time-varying, multi-input multi-output, high coupling controlled object. With the rapid development of power industry, capacity power unit is also increasing, which requires its own power unit in a stable operating parameters, but also must have a high-quality FM, peaking capacity Conventional automatic control system has been difficult to meet this requirement, then the boiler and turbine control as a whole, that is coordinated control system.The paper has a detailed introduction of the Unit coordinated control system which combined with the design commissioning and transformation of The Inner Mongolia Shenhua Guohua Hulun Buir power Planet Co Ltd supercritical units. The paper describes the structure and coordinated control system of four control modes, namely manual way, follow the boiler, turbine follow, coordinated control.The paper combined with The Inner Mongolia Shenhua Guohua Hulun Buir power Planet Co Ltd which has been put into operation of the#1,#2 supercritical units.It analyzed furnace control structure to coordinate with the machine-based control systemsintroduced the related control strategy and logic and multivariable control objects for the high coupling, nonlinear supercritical units. It introduced an FM function, the machine side under pressure deviation coordination loop pull back power circuits, as well as the instruction of feed forward control strategy in the core unit load. During the entire unit startup operation period, make a load change test and achieved good control effect.
