Energy and environment are two major issues in today’s world which restrict economic and social sustainable development. With worldwide energy shortage and security concerns being increasingly prominent, the development of new energy sources such as wind power, photovoltaic power generation and achieving sustainable economic development has already become the strategic choice of guaranteeing the world energy security, environmental pollution and climate change. PV monitoring system, as an important part of photovoltaic power generation, plays an important role on accurately mastering the operation of photovoltaic power plants, completing photovoltaic power plant performance evaluation, and optimizing the photovoltaic power plant design. The function of the photovoltaic power generation forecasting is an important feature of PV energy management control system, and also the main basis for the development of power transmission and distribution program. Photovoltaic power generation automatic controlling is the main technical way of stabilized operation on grid after large-scale of photovoltaic grid connecting together in the future.With the continuous expansion of photovoltaic applications and regional scale, photovoltaic monitoring system has become an increasingly important area of research. In this essay, photovoltaic monitoring system as an important object of study, combined with the actual network of distributed photovoltaic in Jiaxing area and the status of grid connected, developed a new type of distributed PV monitoring system. Distributed PV monitoring system architecture, the new generation models and the Automatic Generation Control Strategy which as the objects of study, have made a detailed analysis and research on overall architecture PV monitoring systems, key technology platform, the system features modular design, power generation forecasting model design and automatic generation control strategy.This essay analyzes the topology of new distributed photovoltaic monitoring system, the master platform architecture and works of each section, discusses the implementation of data interaction, and analyzes the key technology platform and photovoltaic power plant in Jiaxing-based modeling Distributed PV intelligent control system. And also it analyzes summarizing distributed photovoltaic monitoring system should have the application function module in accordance with each key user’s research. This essay gives an emphasis on distributed photovoltaic power generation power prediction method based on similar day’s reorganization, discusses the impact of various factors of photovoltaic power generation, presents the concept which is similar to the reorganization date, and uses the monitoring PV power generation system database historical data and historical weather data model on the training of the model. The results which predict by the BP neural network algorithm to PV forecast, verifies the validity of the model. This essay analyzes the significance of automatic control of distributed photovoltaic, proposes several implementation steps based on sensitivity analysis of distributed photovoltaic automatic generation control, and optimizes the model design. The model has been used the new immune particle swarm two-state algorithm, which makes the results more reasonable and lays the theoretical foundation for practical application.
