Eletctomagnetic and electromechanical hybrid simulation, aiming at realizing the simulation of large-scale power system as well as the electromagnetic transient silulation of loacal-area network, can ensure the simulation accurancy of loacal area system with the limited calculation resources. However, the strong coupling and complexity of modern power system netdrk brings larger challenge to hybrid transient simulation techniques. The accuracy of simulation results directly affect the safe operation of the power grid, so the research on accuracy evaluation method has important theoretical significance and project value.Firstly, the paper summarizes the characteristics of the power system electromechanical transient simulation method and electromagnetic transient simulation method. The mathematical model and calculation methods of two simulation method are compared. The basic principles and interface solutions of electromechanical-electromagnetic hybrid simulation are introduced. The understanding of the theory of hybrid simulation is enhanced.Secondly, the existing power system simulation accuracy assessment methods are introduced. For several common feature quantity extraction algorithm are, especially FSV of IEEE std 1597.1 and Prony method, their principles are describes and some examples are studied. The applicability of each method is comparative and analysised. Then combining with the characteristics of hybrid simulation physical observations, a new accuracy comprehensive assessment method that is applicable to mechanical and electrical-electromagnetic hybrid simulation based on FSV and Prony is proposed. Corresponding to the IEEE std 1597.1 six rating indicators, it realized three comprehensive quantitative and qualitative assessment of hybrid simulation. Based on Matlab/GUI the corresponding simulation accuracy evaluation software is completed.Finally combining with actual situation of China Southern Power Grid Complex AC and DC coupling system, the proposed accuracy evaluation method is used on analisising the typical fault simulation datas on six machine 14 nodes dual-port system、six machine 24 nodes four-port system> Southern Power Grid 2014 Fond Run "eight cross eight straight" hybrid simulation system and the corresponding full electromagnetic simulation system. It verify the rationality and applicability of the proposed accuracy evaluation method.
