As traditional fossil fuels such as coal and oil drying up, the problems of environmental pollution and sustainable development are more and more getting people’s attention. The eyes of world’s major energy needs have turned to renewable energy. The wind, solar and other new energy power generation are in the ascendant, at the same time, marine distributed power generation has also received more and more attention. With the research and development of marine power generation technology, the requirements of the energy management and control technology of the micro grid of ocean energy power generation are also increasing. The national "863" project of this study relying on is the energy management and control technology of marine energy integrated power supply demonstration system based on "300kW ocean energy integrated power supply system".In this paper, the structure of the off grid and connected micro grid is analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the main AC bus and the main DC bus types micro grid topology are introduced in the off grid. Finally, the marine energy integrated power supply system is identified as the main DC bus off micro grid.Energy management and control technology is the core content of integrated power supply system. The main hardware equipment for the monitoring and management center of the integrated power supply system is introduced in this paper. After establishing the topological structure of the distributed power supply, energy management and control strategy for power supply system must be designed. On the basis of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the distributed generation and power system equipment, reasonable allocation of the power of various generations to realize the reasonable flow of energy and the maximum utilization of the energy source and the power quality requirements of the load. This paper introduces the main factors and contents of formulating energy management and control strategy, and points out the main control methods for energy management. Energy management and control strategy of power supply system mainly includes:1) Research and analysis of the Monitoring strategies of field condition monitoring program and monitoring data remote transmission program of the integrated power supply system. The main monitoring parameters of condition monitoring program are pointed out, and the construction of the remote transmission program is carried out through the wireless mobile network.2) Analysis of the control strategy for the power equipment which mainly influences the energy management and control strategy of the power supply system. The energy management and control strategy of integrated power supply system is put forward based on the analysis of equipment control strategy.3) The power quality of energy management and control system is analyzed. Five indexes of power quality are studied and the monitoring method of five indexes is pointed out.Finally, the LabVIEW program of the monitoring and management system is designed. It includes data acquisition program, remote monitoring program, power quality analysis program, energy management program, operation control program, fault alarm program and database management program. At last, the paper proves the rationality of system structure design and energy management and control strategy by the test of the monitoring management system.
