The Research On Project Quality Management Of Panjin Substation Power Environment Monitoring System Transformation

The development of the electric power enterprise communication technology,stability and reliability of communication power supply and the power monitoring system is put forward higher requirements,the current substation demand is more prominent than other departments.Among them,the centralized monitoring and management of substation communication power supply equipment and its operating environment,can effectively ensure the safe production of electricity.At present,the research on the dynamic environment monitoring system of substation is mostly in the analysis of system requirements,design system function,and so on.Dynamic environment monitoring system of substation project quality level will directly affect the security and stability of power transmission,it must be through the comprehensive quality supervision and control,lack of quality management in the project analysis,and carries on the improvement to make the project achieve the overall requirements and quality objectives.This paper sort out the related concepts of quality management,the quality management maturity theory of project quality management,and the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process of project quality management maturity evaluation,according to the quality management maturity evaluation results,and to provide scientific basis for effective project management system.This research is based on project management theory and Panjin substation environment monitoring system of power transformation project,research methods based on the theory and practice,applying the project management theory to the substation communication power supply and environment monitoring system to conduct a comprehensive renovation project,the project quality management of substation communication and power supply dynamic environment monitoring system renovation project.Through the analysis of the relevant information and data,the quality management of power substation environment monitoring system renovation project from the quality planning,quality assurance and quality control of the three aspects of the empirical analysis,and according to the AHP to determine the weight of three aspects,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of project monitoring system of power environmental quality management maturity evaluation,the final results for the project quality management level control level.
