Mondon grid stability is important for the supply Chifeng, Tongliao, Hulunbeier Xing’an and other regions. On its way to take the advanced operation and management, regional power supply can guarantee stability and promoting regional economic development. Mondon region from the current existing 500kV substation construction point of view, are managed using attended mode, the backward management, low operating efficiency, a serious impediment to the development of Mondon grid. Based on this, the power companies of Mondon raised 500kV substation unattended mode transformation. Based on my work experience and the company’s needs, I proposed design Mondon Grid 500kV substation unmanned programs and implementation, in order to achieve 500kV substation Mondon entire grid unattended mode managed to transform and upgrade its level of operational management.In this paper, unattended related technology and applications development status at home and abroad were analyzed, combined Mondon Grid 500kV substation actual situation, it carried out a detailed needs analysis through. Moving away from its system, control system, four remote systems, adaptation and environmental monitoring systems and management of five detailed needs analysis; on the basis of the needs analysis has been completed on the eastern Inner Mongolia Power Grid 500kV substation unattended transformation the design, and Bayan Tuohai 500kV substation, for example gives a remote system, control system, four remote configuration and adaptation of information and environmental monitoring systems, transformation and implementation of the program, combined with technological innovation programs, Mongolia East Power grid 500kV unmanned substation management mode analysis, completed the construction management and design of the entire eastern Mongolia Power grid 500kV unmanned substation management programs, the design process of a "monitoring center+operation and maintenance operation" mode, complete the monitoring center design and operation and maintenance operator station specific management programs; program on the basis of technological innovation and management of the program on completion of the implementation of the program design Mondon grid 500kV substation unattended program, a specific program of technological innovation and management programs the implementation was planned, combined with practical experience and running existing problems were analyzed, and the related optimization measures, to further ensure the proper implementation of the whole program provides a basis.Initial implementation and overall operating results demonstrate the effectiveness of the designed Mondon grid 500kV substation unmanned programs.
