At present, to solve the large rotating machinery shaft corrective adjustment in China, engineers usually adopt the traditional method of debugging, fail to develop practical auxiliary shaft alignment system products. Based on this, this article combining the coarse adjustment scheme of "genetic algorithm penalty function method" based on the displacement sensor with the coarse double LD-PSD for the fine adjustment scheme designs a 3D interactive auxiliary shaft alignment system, and implements the following study aiming at the three dimensional interaction shafting assisted in the system as proposed. First of all, this paper analyzes the mechanical failure of rotor parallel misalignment, angular misalignment and comprehensive misalignment, and studies its misalignment vibration modes by simulation. Then we develop the laser alignment mathematical model based on double LD-PSD measurement, derive in view of the two points of the algorithm, and obtain a front pad adjustment amount in the horizontal direction and vertical direction, considering the driving shaft and driven shaft for temperature compensation. The double LD-PSD measurement method is for high precision, but it’s needed to precede coarse adjustment for shafting, based on above, we come up with the coarse adjustment scheme of "genetic algorithm penalty function method" based on the displacement sensor, which contains the minimum number and value of bearing adjustment. It can not only satisfy the double LD-PSD fine adjustment scheme for the shaft of the initial coarse adjustment requirements, but also avoid the limitations of "genetic algorithm plus penalty function method", and avoid direct use of low measurement precision of displacement sensor at the same time.In the end, through VB software completes the adjustment scheme and algorithm of shafting auxiliary for system design.
