The construction of new energy station to ease China’s power grid power shortage situation play an important role, but due to wind power and photovoltaic its output volatility and intermittent characteristics, the characteristics of power grid operation produced great influence in large-scale new energy to the grid, due to the natural dynamic characteristics will be a new energy to power grid planning, active power dispatch and optimization control brings new challenge. In view of these questions, this paper has made the following research:A comprehensive evaluation method of the effect of renewable energy on distribution network is constructed. Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the new energy distribution network is evaluated from the angle of economy, reliability, power quality and risk, and the method of calculating the weight of the index system is established. The wind power and photovoltaic power prediction method and the optimization control technology are studied. First on the photovoltaic and wind power active power output characteristics were analyzed, the power prediction technology are summed up, which are given based on the active power of wind power and photovoltaic power station control technique and process.Considering the environmental and economic factors, the optimal scheduling model of the new energy distribution network is established, and the real-time scheduling strategy based on the large-scale intermittent power supply network is presented. Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to study the simulation example, which provides a new idea for the optimal scheduling of new energy power grid. Finally, based on the above research results, this paper summarizes the innovations and main work of this paper, and prospects the future work.
