Watercoures of Huaihe River to Yangtze River, which is 157.2 kilometers in length, and the upper side that from sanhe gate to jinhu realignment and the entrance of Gaoyou lake is 57.8 kilometers in length, the length of Jinhu lake is 31 kilometers. Since the river was built,with the increase in the number of years, the flood discharge capacity decreases, From the point of view of live nearly 10 years of flood, The discharge capacity of the river channel is not up to the original design standard, the grim situation of "Medium discharge, high water level, flood control" has appeared. Investigate its reason, we found out that this situation has a direct relationship with the distribution status of the obstacle in the river channel, the obstacle has narrowed the flood channel, impeded the flood discharge speed, prolonged the duration of flood, and brought a great impact on flood prevention work.Based on the physical model of golden section of the Dadunling under several conditions before and after the renovation of water level and flow carries out a comparative analysis on test data, to determine the regulation effect. And by using Fluent software under different conditions on the physical model for numerical simulation, and the calculated results and physical model are compared. The main conclusions are as follows:1、Small and medium flow after (2000m3/s, after 4000m3/s, after 6000m3/s) under the condition of Dadunling regulation effect is obvious; Heavy traffic after (8000m3/s, after 10000m3/s, after 12000m3/s) before and after the renovation Dadunling under the condition of water level almost no change, harmony water phenomenon in a large mound ridge, flow is improved after renovation.2、Before Dadunling downstream of the renovation of overbank flow of about 500m3/s, Dadunling downstream after the renovation of shoal overbank flow of about 1500m3/s, Dadunling downstream of the overbank flow increased after 1000m3/s or so. Regulation before Dadunling downstream of floodplains in the east and west difference about 0.56m of sluices, regulation after Dadunling downstream of overbank when east and west diffuse sluices difference about 0.16m, the renovation of Dadunling on beaches overbank flow downstream synchronicity has very much improved.3、Pier ridge boundary decreases after renovation, Dadunling between the downstream and diversion period of vortex area area is smaller, Dadunling peripheral flow is improved, control effect is obvious.4、After using Fluent software, on the traffic condition after 2000m3/s, after 4000m3/s, after 6000m3/s, after 8000m3/s, 1000m3/s after, after 12000m3/s Dadunling near flow field numerical simulation, the numerical model calculation results and physical model calculation results are basically identical. Something Dadunling with the increase of flow downstream and diffuse sluices, between reflux zone in the transverse direction of the channel corresponding to the width of the smaller, velocity distribution more uniform.
